GIRL'S LACROSSE CAMP INFO

Great for ALL Girls 2nd – 9th Grade
We welcome all aspiring and experienced lacrosse players. It is our mission to work directly with the beginning player and/or experienced player to improve their skills in regards to the game fundamentals (pass/catch, cradle, ground balls, shooting, and defense) as well as developing the player's field presence, positioning, and their overall game knowledge. We are focused and determined to make your daughter a more complete player! Girls New to the Game - Will learn the fundamentals; stick skills, rules, game strategy and concepts. Our focus will be on building a solid game foundation. Girls with Lacrosse Experience - Will further develop skills and techniques to take their game to the next level. Our Camp Leaders will focus on more advanced game principles/instruction. They will develop position specific skills, defensive strategies, dodges, fakes, shooting, defensive slides, double teams, and more! Coaches and Camp Leaders - John Pino, Stingers Lacrosse, has been involved with or coaching girl’s lacrosse since 2005 for DSA Girl’s Lacrosse and as part of the Damascus High School Varsity Girls program. He is a US Lacrosse Certified Coach and proud father of two lacrosse daughters. All Camp Leaders are members of US Lacrosse, accomplished high school or collegiate level lacrosse players that live, play, and/or attend school in the Montgomery County, MD. |
